The day in detail
Learn how to taste wines like a professional. Discover the senses revealed by each wine. This course takes place among the vats, barrels and cement eggs of Jardin del sentits, a working Penedès winery - not in a tasting room, but in the heart of where the wine is made.
Over two hours you will learn the professional approach to tasting: how to look, smell and evaluate wine systematically. You will taste 5 wines and one dessert wine, guided through each glass to reveal what makes each one unique. By the end you will understand your own senses better and be able to taste wine with confidence.

Getting to the winery
Transfer from Barcelona on request (€150 per car, round-trip - includes ida y vuelta), or take the train to Subirats-Lavern station and ask in advance to be picked up - it is a 5-minute drive to Jardin del sentits winery.

- Return
Return journey
The return transfer to Barcelona is included in the same €150 per car (round-trip), or take the train from Subirats-Lavern with new tasting skills and a deeper appreciation of wine.
