Discover Cava in a new, engaging way. During this experience, I guide you through five interactive levels that turn the tour into a light, enjoyable adventure.
This tour is friendly, relaxed, and designed to help you enjoy Cava through curiosity, discovery and fun - a genuine wine-learning experience that goes far beyond a traditional winery visit.
Level 1 - The Road to the Birthplace of Cava
We start with a simple warm-up: choose the colour, song and mood that match your journey today.
Enjoy a beautiful ride across the rolling vineyards of Penedès, passing charming villages and family wineries along the way.
Level 2 - Vineyards
Walk through the vines, observe the landscape, and complete small sensory tasks that help you connect with the territory.
Explore the historic Modernist garden above the winery, where elegant early-20th-century design blends ornamental paths and native plants, then stroll through the vineyards while learning how grapes grow, how the Mediterranean climate shapes their character, and how each stage - from pruning to harvest - defines the future wine in your glass.
Level 3 - The Unique Cellar
Explore a 15th-century estate and chapel, then descend 12 metres underground into the cellar. Find hidden details and uncover how Cava is made.
Down there you will witness live disgorging and savour Cava just born - an exclusive tasting few visitors ever experience.
Level 4 - Tasting Ritual
Taste several styles of Cava and identify aromas, textures and your personal favourite.
Learn to taste, compare and understand the region's diverse styles of Cava while enjoying 3 different sorts of elegant sparkling wines.
Level 5 - Essence Moment
Capture your final moment of the day and seal your experience.
